Transformational is the only way I can appropriately describe the influence of Ralph's work in my life. What a privilege to have experienced his contribution first hand; for him to have read my work, challenged my thinking and to have provided insight, and all with a sense of humility. He was just an ordinary person who happened to be integral to the creation of something extraordinary. What a legacy that will live on within everyone he impacted, those who are yet to be impacted, and those who have the joy of carrying on the work he started. He was pragmatic about death so, although there is sadness at his passing, there is also an acceptance of a life well lived. Rest in peace Ralph.
