Ralph’s writing has had a sunstantive impact on my worldview and my work in and with organisations. However, the memory that returns now is of sharing a taxi ride with him from Roffey Park to Gatwick Airport. We didnt talk about complexity or organisations. We chatted about the weather, holidays and where we lived. It was a thoroughly pleasent way to get to know him a little better.
