Hello All

When I first arrived in University of Hertfordshire and attended my first meeting. I was getting opposition to some ideas, but it was dear Ralph who was so supportive, kind and encouraging to me. He supported my ideas and when someone even tried to dismiss me, he said why do we not give a chance to Jyoti to give her views. He was also such a well dressed, well spoken person who was very respectful. I am one who certainly will remember him very fondly and thank God that I had the opportunity to know him abit and to work with him.

Dear Ralph's family, I pray that you will be given strength and peace at this very difficult time. It was an honour and a privilege to know him.
