At the end of my Master's program I began to question systems thinking (the foundational philosophy of the program I was taking). I couldn't articulate why - I just knew there was something that no longer felt like enough. Then I encountered a paper by Ralph Stacey. In that paper I found words that gave expression to this vague sense I had - a landing that felt like home. I finished the MA in Leadership, then enrolled in the DMan - I still have so much to learn. Ralph was a patient and inspired teacher. His legacy will continue to grow in its impact through the many, many people who he encouraged to think more critically about everyday experience. What an amazing gift.
