I first met Ralph through his books, that - and it's not exaggeration - changed my life. I was studying for an MBA and was planning to continue a creer in marketing. Ralph's books made sense to me and I decided to study human complexity in depth. I later met Ralph in persom, still as a student, and was amazed at his fine tuned ability to understand people. Later, as a collegue he taught me the importance of confidence and story telling. He was a great thinker, a formiddable scholar and an exceptional teacher. But most importantly, I had a privilege of meeing and working with a thoughtful, considerate, gentle, humble man, a man with a great sense of humour, a man of unparalleled intelect and integrity.
